What is Covered:

This warranty covers defects in our workmanship that directly result in the improper installation or repair of your roofing system. This includes issues such as:

• Improperly installed flashing around chimneys, vents, and walls.

• Incorrectly fastened roofing materials (e.g., shingles, panels).

• Faulty installation of underlayment or other system components due to installer error.

• Workmanship errors that lead to water intrusion not caused by external factors.

What is NOT Covered:

This warranty does not cover any leaks, damage, or issues resulting from:

• Acts of God: Including, but not limited to, storms, hail, high winds, lightning, earthquakes, floods, or other natural disasters.

• Manufacturer defects in roofing materials. These are typically covered by the material manufacturer's warranty.

• Structural issues with the building or roof deck.

• Damage caused by third parties, including but not limited to other contractors, homeowners, or animals.

• Lack of proper maintenance of the roofing system.

• Modifications or alterations to the roof performed by anyone other than The Kabra Roofing.

• Minor cosmetic issues that do not affect the functionality or water-tightness of the roof.

• Ice Damming and related damage.

• Movement or settling of the building structure.
